Trips with the McEvoy Studio
A trip with the McEvoy Studio is a unique experience, in that a professional artist is the one hosting the tour–an art historian has a certain view of an artwork, but an artist presents an altogether different view. McEvoy Studio Art Tours give unique insights into the working methods, period, craft and even emotions that are behind the artistic process. From the glowing canvases at the Hispanic Society’s Harlem Museum to Greek statuary at the Metropolitan Museum to the Boston School at the MFA in Boston, come enjoy art from an insider’s view. Some trips also include other cultural events, ranging from trips to symphony halls to the Viennese cafe Sabarsky to an Irish music session at a pub in downtown Manhattan.
